Email support@fjr.app for help with scheduling, missions, subscriptions, restores, or privacy requests. We aim to reply within a few business days.
Subscriptions
- Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Yearly plans may include a free trial when Apple offers one for your storefront.
- Restore purchases from FJR Settings if you reinstall or switch devices.
- Billing and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Alarm & permissions
- Allow notifications / alarm permissions when asked so Fajr can wake you.
- Location is used on-device for prayer times.
- Camera is used only for dismiss missions that need a photo.
- On newer iPhones, AlarmKit provides the strongest wake experience; older iOS may be more limited by system Silent/Focus rules.
